We can rebuild it, make it newer, faster, stronger.....
We are now using a newer, and much faster server! The only down side to this is if you signed up over the past couple days, you may have to sign up again if you try to log in and can't. Same goes for forum posts. if you posted something on the forums and now it's gone, it didn't make it over to the server switch. Just please repost.
Also.....some "semi" bad news....
My personal computer hard drive (which has been giving me fits since the beginning of May) has finally, offically DIED. I've been losing sectors (and programs, data, etc. along with it) steadily since May, but now it is offically all gone. The hard drive had a nice life and frankly was just worn out. But this means, until I can get a new one (with in a couple weeks) and get my OS back on it AND all my programs (that I still have), things may be a little slower on the updating front (as if they weren't already, I know.). So with this in mind, please bare with me as I get everything (FTP programs, etc.) up and running again.
All I can say is I'm glad I was able to back up quite a bit of my data. I did lose several programs though which is a bummer.
Thanks!

The A.R.C. and 501(c)3 status
The Anomalous Research Center hopes to apply for 501(c)3 status soon. This is an expensive process, so be patient. Currently all donations will go toward this high cost. Without getting to indepth, 501(c)3 status is for Non-Profit Organizations.
501(c)3 is defined as:
Section 501(c)3 is just one of the tax law provisions granting exemption from the federal income tax to non-profit organizations. This exemption does not cover other federal taxes such as employment taxes.
501(c)3 exemptions apply to corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation, organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.
